Louie Andros, Executive Chef…

louisChef Andros was born in Greece in 1939 and migrated to the USA in 1955 he stared his lifelong career as a chef in Georgia, Later his work would take him through Charlotte and then to Myrtle Beach to the Sea food House Restaurant on the Ocean Plaza Fishing Pier in 1968. Then he opened Louigi’s his 2nd restaurant (1975 to 1986) at Myrtle Beach on 24th Avenue. Mr. Andros came to Chapel Hill in 1988 and started Zorba’s (1989 to 2008). Finally he started in 2011 he started RTP Homemade Catering with Iris Andros.


Iris Andros, General Manager…

Iirisris is a native of Cairo, Egypt where she graduated from The School of Business at the University of Cairo. She immigrated to the USA in 1994 where she would marry Chef Andros. She has managed various establishments with Chef Andros over the years. Iris came upon great joy in 2011 when she started RTP Homemade Catering along with Chef Andros. Today she oversees RTP Homemade Catering and looks forward to working with existing and future clientele
